Techniques
BizChampions offers two important techniques that provide the participants of the BC Programs with the ability to generate clarity and focus to achieve intended goals. Two modalities that deepen silence and enhance clarity are: Standing Meditation and BC Breathing.
BizChampions has trained many of its clients with these techniques, from individual professionals to companies in a group setting. By following the guidelines of the techniques and direction from Roberto Suarez or other BC coaches, people have been able to achieve consistent results with these techniques.
BC Standing Meditation
Standing Meditation, with the correct posture, is a profound and meaningful exercise that leaves you feeling energized, clear, quiet, focused, peaceful and balanced. Practicing Standing Meditation
for fifteen minutes or more a day will contribute to your well being and your ability to create and fulfill daily intentions with ease. You will experience deep levels of relaxation, chi (energy,
life force) flow and release of stress.

BC Breathing Technique
BC Breathing (also referred as Group Breath-work or Rebirthing) is a technique to help us release emotional and physical tension while supporting our intention to heal and allowing us to improve
health and vitality. Through a deep connected breath for 30 – 60 minutes, our body releases stress and tension and facilitates the access and release of old patterns in a gentle and safe
way.
