The initial BC Workshop provides you with a one-day venue to look at and experience a new level of effectiveness, power and peace of mind. You will deepen the feeling of your inner Champion and connect to your heart!!!
You will walk away with the core abilities to attain their professional and personal goals along six “guidelines:” Listening, Integrity, Being, Vision, Playing and Champion.
Through the practice of standing meditation and other workshop exercises, you will be able to generate in minutes – "the champion inside of you" – anytime, anywhere, and anyplace.
You will create a more empowering vision for your life that is real now and a game structure to manifest intentions from will and certainty. There will be flow, more wealth and more freedom in your life.

Mind, Body & Spirit
The advance MInd, Body & Spirit workshop provides you with a one-day venue to integrate silence, flow and prosperity.
You will enhance the 6 core BC principles including recreating your Vision and Games. Through the practice of advance Standing Meditation techniques and Yoga movements you will be able to generate more love, joy and ease in your life. Our "Yogis " will support you in connecting to your silence and power within.
In addition, you will experience the BC Breathing technique to support you in releasing emotional and physical tension. Your intention to heal will be fulfilled, allowing you to improve health and vitality. Through a deep connected breath for 60 minutes, your body releases stress and tension and facilitates the access and release of old patterns in a gentle and safe way.
