Roberto Suarez, Founder & Coach

Roberto has worked in both the United States and Latin America. He has extensive experience in coaching and general management in a variety of industries including transformation, telecommunications, real estate and distribution. As a coach, Roberto has inspired numerous individuals in creating and fulfilling their desired outcomes.

In various senior management roles, he has developed and implemented strategic, operational and financial plans. He was a key player in ensuring the smooth functioning of a number of companies during times of transition and mergers.

Since 1995, Roberto has led ontological, self-realization and Standing Meditation programs. He loves to play golf and practices Tai' Chi. He received his BA from Rutgers College, where he played football, and he earned his MBA from Wake Forest University.

Roberto is a board member and President of the International Coaching Federation, Miami Chapter. He is also Chairman of the Executive Service Corps of Miami, a South Florida nonprofit organization that provides C-level management consulting and business advisory services in the not-for-profit-sector.

Holly Geoghegan, Trainer & Coach

Holly Geoghegan is president of Golf Marketing Services based in Orlando, FL. For 15 years, her consulting business has specialized in turning start-up companies into market leaders in the golf industry.

Prior to Golf Marketing Services, Holly was director of communications for the Ladies Professional Golf Association. She has worked closely with professional athletes and has coached top executives and entrepreneurs in her field. Holly has extensive background in transformational studies, marketing communications and personal coaching. She is a graduate of Landmark Education and served as a classroom leader for the Team Management and Leadership Program.
